Ezeego1: Pathetic Ticket Booking Service and aftermath


I booked Bus ticket from Bangalore to Goa on 8th Sept 2012 from Ezeego1 website with travel date 16th Sept 2012. I got an email from Ezeego1 with my Ticket.



On 16th Sept, I got a call from Operator. They said the Bus has been cancelled because it is under repair. They did not offer to accommodate me with a partner Bus service or make alternate arrangements. I waited for one hour, but Ezeego1 was nowhere in the picture.


Ezeego1 did not inform me that the Bus has been cancelled by Call/SMS/Email ( till day ). I called Ezeego1 twice to make sure that the Bus was indeed cancelled and the call from the Operator was not a Prank.

Ezeego1 customer representative initially told me that there is no one to confirm this as its Sunday. On insisting that I need a proof that the Bus is cancelled, he declined to send me a SMS or Email. On pressing further he agreed to open a Ticket to process my refund.


I sent an email on 9th Oct since my Refund was not processed for almost a month. I got a confirmation email from Ezeego on 11th Oct, that the refund would be processed on 7 working days.

As on 29th Oct I have not got any refund.

I am Very Very Disappointed because of the pathetic service from Ezeego1 and for wasting my time. Never ever going to use your services again.
